Stay away from women from poor families, no matter how beautiful they are, just leave them alone

What stupid benefits are you dumb dicks always talking about? So someone earning 3k+ monthly will now stoop low for a meagre <700 monthly. Its not even your fault
A work visa doesn’t entitle you to stay forever….or it shouldn’t. Or to bring your family, claim benefits, housing or access the NHS.

When those faceless accounts come under my tweets and say β€œNigeria issues citizenship to foreigners only after 15 years of residency” i just look away and ignore. You see that argument, we can never win it

Exactly bro, I am well outside London (software engineer) and was slightly short of 50k. I was literally 7 months away, how is this fair for us and unfair for others :(

Another unfair element about the ILR is 2 people can be doing the same job in an organisation but in different sites, one earns Β£48k living in Bristol the other Β£51k (london rate), the 51k settles faster and 48k spends 5 extra years just because they dont live in London

I think you have to earn a minimum of Β£25k continuously for 5 yrs bf you qualify even if you were issued a COS bf 2025. In the govt’s calculation, only a fraction will be in this group and the rest, 10yrs. So they know what they’re doing
Those earning below 50k would wait till 10years to get their ILR while those on health and care visa btw 2022-2025 retains the 5 years route and visa wont be tied to an employers anymore. Congrats to the care workers. I smell law suits flying in the coming week

Under the Earned Settlement model set out before Parliament today, the right to live in the UK permanently will no longer be granted automatically after five years. Instead, it will be earned. Under the reforms: ➑️The standard route to settlement will double from five to 10 years ➑️ People who enter illegally, including by small boat, face a wait of up to 30 years to settle ➑️ Care workers who meet the visa requirements will retain a five-year route ➑️ Higher earners on more than £50,000, skilled public service workers and refugees arriving on safe and legal routes will be able to settle in five years ➑️ Migrants who claim benefits face a 20-year wait for settlement ➑️ Migrants with a criminal record will be prevented from settling in the UK ➑️ Migrants will be required to meet A-level standard English to settle in the UK
