Because we haven't heard anything public from Danaher or Cepheid, I've tried reaching execs there. It hasn't gone great, but they have my phone number and email. They know how to get in touch with MSF.
We want to work with them and make this a win for them. The GeneXpert Machine is so awesome--but tests aren't getting to nearly enough people who need them.
Improving access isn't easy. I know that. It IS possible--but not if @DanaherCorp and Cepheid think the only response to public pressure is radio silence.

.@DanaherCorp has shut down their public-facing phone line. I guess they don't love hearing from the public. That's odd, because they were happy to accept over $250,000,000 of public money to develop their GeneXpert Machine.
