ALT Massachusetts is all-in on offshore wind. Healey-Driscoll administration files historic draft RFP for New England’s largest-ever offshore wind solicitation. This RFP would be a major boost to Massachusetts’ offshore wind industry – requesting proposals for offshore wind projects generating up to 25% of the state’s annual electricity demand. That means cleaner air, lower bills, and good-paying jobs for Massachusetts. We’re also requiring projects to include support for environmental justice communities and residents living with low income.
