🦴 Tabletop Relocation Test
Assesses for posterolateral rotatory instability of the elbow.
With the forearm supinated, the patient loads the hand against a table and bends the elbow. Pain or apprehension near 40° that improves with radial head stabilization supports a positive test.

🦶 Therman Test of the Ankle
The Therman Test is used to assess for subtalar instability.
With the patient lying supine, position the ankle in approximately 10° of dorsiflexion. Stabilize the forefoot with one hand while applying inversion and internal rotation to the calcaneus with the other.
A positive test may include excessive medial movement of the calcaneus and reproduction of the patient’s pain or instability.

🔎 Sister Mary Joseph Nodule
A Sister Mary Joseph nodule is a metastatic lesion involving the umbilicus. It may appear as a firm, irregular nodule and can be associated with an underlying abdominal or pelvic malignancy.
It is most commonly associated with gastrointestinal or gynecologic cancers and may be the first visible sign of an otherwise undiagnosed malignancy.

✋ TFCC Stress Test
The TFCC Stress Test assesses ulnar-sided wrist pain by placing the wrist in ulnar deviation and applying a shear force across the ulnar complex. Reproduction of pain is a positive finding that may suggest a TFCC injury.

🩺 Syndesmotic Palpation Test
The syndesmotic palpation test is a clinical examination used to evaluate suspected high ankle sprains by pressing along the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis and interosseous membrane. Localized tenderness and pain reproduced directly over these ligaments—often disproportionate to a standard lateral ankle sprain—indicate a positive finding.
