Chronic Diarrhea: A Resident’s Approach Many juniors approach chronic diarrhea by ordering multiple investigations. The diagnosis is usually hidden in the history. Definition: Diarrhea lasting >4 weeks.

A consultant once said during ER round: “Most juniors don’t struggle with abdominal pain because they don’t know the causes. They struggle because they approach every patient randomly.” A safe approach to abdominal pain starts with one question👇

A patient asked me in OPD: “Sir, my blood pressure is 120/80 now. Does that mean I’m cured and can stop my medicines?” This is where understanding the pathophysiology of hypertension becomes important👇

Hey everyone, come here, I want you to see a fckn moron who calls himself a "cancer doctor". He is Arjun Sankaran, a cancer surgeon (MBBS, MS) at Srikara Hospital, Miyapur who is advising people to drink one to two alcoholic drinks "safely". Doctors (of all people) need to embrace evidence and scientific rationale for the public. There is no safe level of alcohol. Even the lowest level of consumption can increase risk of 7 types of cancer. who.int/europe/news/item/04-… Is this Srikara Hospital's way of increasing business? It's pathetic when doctors do this to public health. Shameless. instagram.com/reel/DZmxDHYTT… Srikara Hospital should ask this useless man to take the post down. It is not made in good faith for the public. instagram.com/srikara.hospit…

A patient in the casualty clutched his chest and asked: "Doctor, I think it's just severe acidity, but could it be a heart attack?" I had to tell him a terrifying physiological truth: Your brain actually has a lot of trouble differentiating between the two.

JUST FOR LAUGHS  😂  A man called up the hospital and said: "I want to know if the patient Rammoorthy in Room No 303 is getting better”. The Nurse replied, after checking 😗 "Rammoorthy is doing very well. He had his first solid meal today, his blood pressure is fine and if he continues improving, he might even be sent home in a couple of days." The man said, "Thank God! That's a wonderful news!!!" Nurse asked: " You must be a family member or a close friend !!" Man : "No I am Rammoorthy myself! No one tells me anything!!! Hence I called ...!" 😄😄😂😂😂
