This post is a little less work-focused than usual and more personal and reflective. As the summer invites us to slow down, I’m sharing a story about music, memory, and connection.

Is having a tuba in elementary band a first for @WestVanSchools? A tuba might be in a high school band, so @westcot_school could be making history by purchasing a tuba for our instrument library! Grade 6 student Yiyang demonstrates the exciting new bass depth to our band sound.
