What an amazingly inspiring day @thepahub conference yesterday. A stellar line up of speakers with much learning. Great to catch up with delegates and my fab colleagues from Bettys & Taylors. Well done @marionlowrence and @JonLowrence 👏

20 years ago today I joined Bettys & Taylors in Harrogate. I feel so privileged to have been a part of such an amazing business and forever grateful of the opportunities to learn and grow that have been provided to me. So today I’m raising a cuppa in celebration to us both 🫖
Congratulations @thepahub on your tenth anniversary. It’s been great to have been with you from the beginning and thank you for all the support and opportunities you have given not only to me but to so many 🙏👏
Huge congratulations to these two as they celebrate 10 years of @thepahub tonight! @marionlowrence @JonLowrence - you are a support network and inspiration to thousands of assistants. So proud of you both! You deserve every moment of your success! Enjoy your celebration. 🎉
Super effort ladies! Hope you had a great day and thanks for your support.

Will @BootsHelp be picking up the bill for the appointment I have to pay for elsewhere? The phone has also been out of order for a week at Harrogate branch. Please get your act together. Too late for me as I’m now taking my custom elsewhere.
@BootsHelp Poor service from Boots Opticians today in Harrogate. Existing contact lens customer of many years and I have a red, puffy, streaming eye and their advice was to see another optician within the next couple of days. What kind of customer service is this?

Good to see @MelYorksPA2016 speaking with assistants in Manchester about confidence and courage.
Wise choice, @thepahub and @marionlowrence. 👏 – at Gothenburg, Sweden
What you anticipate is not necessarily the actual outcome! Speak the truth and step into your power step by step.

Mindset and attitude are everything. Fixed mindset versus growth mindset is so important. Approach your differences with curiosity & the growth mindset - you have a choice on how to respond to negative things. Think wider - be positive #pahub #Manchester @MelYorksPA2016

This is what the gardens looks like between @Bettys Craft Bakery and @YorkshireTea - if this doesn’t put a smile on your face when you come to work I don’t know what does!
It was a pleasure to speak on the important topic of #confidence @thepahub last week. Thank you to all those who came along. So good to be back at a live event!
Massive thanks to @HiltonLeedsCity for hosting our January Leeds development event. Thanks to our fabulous speaker @MelYorksPA2016 who gave a fantastic & very confident session on "A Matter of Confidence"! Thanks to all the PAs who attended the event - see you next time #pahub

Failure is an opportunity to grow. Be curious so you can learn and grow and challenge your mindset. Fantastic talk with @MelYorksPA2016 at @HiltonLeedsCity #pahub #LeedsUnited
Thanks for having me @thepahub and thanks for everyone who attended.
The very fact I said yes was the antidote for my fear. @MelYorksPA2016 talking about the initial fear of public speaking as she gives the most excellent talk about gaining confidence #pahub #leeds - what a storyteller and so authentic.
On my way for my first speaking event for some time @thepahub event tonight in Leeds. How exciting to be actually doing this in person! Who’s going to be there?
