🚨 BREAKING NEWS:
Orly Guteza RECANTS his BASURA story.
He says na si Mike Defensor ang nagsulat at nag type ng affidavit niya sa laptop and that the offer was ₱150 Million and educational scholarship for Guteza’s kids.
His affidavit of recantation below.
ANG MULTO NI GUTEZA!

During a press briefing earlier today, a reporter tried to corner Rep. Sandro Marcos with unverified rumors about General Santos City supposedly getting a "zero budget" and "zero MOOE" allocation.
Sandro wasn't having any of it and immediately shut it down as impossible hearsay, calling it mere *kwento-kwento*.
Instead of just letting the question slide, Sandro turned the tables and pressed the reporter on whether she had actually done her homework and verified the claim before bringing it up.
When she tried to deflect by saying she was just repeating what others said, he firmly cut through the noise and demanded a straight answer: “Did you verify it? Yes or no?"
Once she admitted she hadn't, Sandro gave a quick masterclass in media ethics and reminded her that, as a journalist, it's her responsibility to fact-check information before throwing it into an interview.
He wrapped it up by reiterating that a zero-budget scenario for the city was completely baseless, and asked rhetorically who would even be foolish enough to try something like that.
See, that’s how you supalpal a maritess with class. 😂

This is the full video of Martin Romualdez dismantling the "demolition crew" with surgical precision.
I call this, “the Ivy League clapback”.
[For those who need a reminder: the man is a product of Cornell University and UP College of Law.
That level of eloquence is an example of an intellectual execution. You can’t fake that kind of caliber, no matter how many trolls you hire.]
I can practically hear the collective sound of Sara Duterte’s and Zaldy Co’s camp suffering from profuse nosebleeds. The legal and intellectual impact of this statement is clearly hitting them like a freight train.
But it’s already a given that this explanation is far too sophisticated for the jejemon crowd and the "Daughter of Davao" to process.
While Sara Duterte and her stable of low-IQ cult followers scream about "budget insertions" and “Speaker ka, kaya ikaw ang mastermind”, as if they’ve cracked a code, they are actually just broadcasting their own illiteracy.
Any freshman law student (or anyone with functioning brain cells) knows that the budget is a collective legislative process.
Corruption doesn't happen at the plenary; it happens in the implementation. Read that again, five times.
That is the Executive’s backyard. Which means, you look at the DPWH district engineers, Bids and Awards Committee members, regional officers, Asecs, Usecs, and the Secretary.
Then, the project proponents (the congressmen/women and the senators) who had to pocket their 35-40% SOPs before the project even started.
To blame the former Speaker for the thievery of the DPWH, project proponents, and contractors is dumb.
He is not a mind reader, nor is he a party to the backroom deals where the actual stealing happens.
To expect a member of the Legislative answer for the Executive’s dirty implementation is like blaming the architect because the contractor sold the steel bars on the side.
Also, not every insertion is a crime; it’s called governance.
Yes, it’s normal to lobby for your district constituents. What’s criminal is when you steal the funds when they reach the district engineers.
Doon na nangyayari ang magic!
But, I suppose, when your entire political brand is built on "confidential funds" and avoiding accountability, basic understanding of the process and actual logic evade you.
If the haters are confused, it’s because they showed up with a plastic water pistol to a battlefield against a man who knows the law inside and out, the system inside and out, and exactly where the receipts are buried.
I think the video’s timing is perfect as well, now that Zaldy Co got arrested.
I also wonder who else will be implicated in this anomaly. Chiz, are you there?
I think the cult members will continue the attacks even after they watched the video and even after Romualdez subjects himself to every possible scrutiny.
Ok, then, continue to open your mouths and immortalize your ignorance online.
You’re just showing the world that your capacity to comprehend issues is totally embarrassing.

What we witnessed last night wasn’t politics—it was the face of evil stepping fully into the light. Imee Marcos stood there, unhinged and brazen, spewing wild accusations against her own brother, President Bongbong Marcos. Anyone gullible enough to believe her needs to pause and think, because everything she said reeked of desperation, not truth.
I’ve never believed she deserved a Senate seat. Like Sara Duterte, she is the family’s bruised and bitter fruit—someone who burns everything around her without a second thought about the wreckage she leaves behind. And last night, she proved it with chilling clarity. Her rant at the INC rally wasn’t a speech; it was a meltdown. A frenzied, spite-filled tirade that left countless Filipinos staring at their screens in disbelief. How someone entrusted with public office could plunge to that level is beyond comprehension.
I wouldn’t trust a single word from Imee—no more than I’d trust the Dutertes’ propaganda machine or the DDS echo chamber that thrives on lies. She has long been the embodiment of malice. And we should never forget the shadow that follows her: the brutal death of Archimedes Trajano, a young student whose life was crushed by her cruelty and privilege. She has never shown remorse. Instead, she returns with new fabrications—this time peddling absurd tales about drug addiction in the Palace, heedless of the chaos and humiliation she brings upon her own family and a nation already tired to its bones.
But one thing must be said plainly: martial law is not, and never will be, the answer. We have lived through that nightmare. The wounds remain.
What we need as a people is far deeper—a national reckoning. A moment of truth-telling and repentance. Repentance not in the churchy sense, but in the soul-deep realization that we allowed power-hungry predators to twist our loyalties, poison our discourse, pamper their cronies, and normalize corruption until it crept into our bones. Our society is rotting from within. Civility has been banished. Lies, greed, and hatred have been allowed to fester unchecked. If we don’t reclaim our moral compass soon, we risk losing not just our democracy but our very identity as a people.
And so I say this: the moment demands an exorcism—not of a person, but of the poison now seeping into our national spirit.
I call upon every bishop of the Catholic Church in the Philippines—every shepherd of conscience—to rise in the spirit of Jaime Cardinal Sin. Not to summon the people to EDSA, but to summon them to their knees. Because the enemy we face today is not a force with guns and tanks. It is something more sinister. It is spiritual rot dressed as political theater. It is a malignant force sowing division, weaponizing a cult to tear apart the goodwill we have struggled to rebuild.
We are under attack—not just politically, but morally. And the response required of us goes far beyond rallies or hashtags. It demands clarity of spirit. It demands courage. It demands prayer powerful enough to cut through the darkness that now hovers over our land.
If ever there was a time for the Church to speak with thunder, that time is now.
It’s time to heal. It’s time to awaken. Because if we delay any longer, we may find there is nothing left in this nation worth saving. @bongbongmarcos @senatePH @HouseofRepsPH

There seems to be some confusion surrounding the DOTr's December 31 deadline.
The 2023 deadline is for the consolidation of PUVs. This is not the jeepney phase out stage of the PUVMP.
To date, 70% of jeepney operators nationwide have already consolidated. A bulk of the remaining unconsolidated 30% hail from Metro Manila.
The PUVMP aims to make PUVs into cooperatives or corporations through uniting them. This consolidation largely affects operators more than the drivers.

SMNI and their mouthpieces need to relearn truth-telling in journalism. They continue to spread disinformation presumably oblivious to the fundamentals of the craft.
On the issue of SMNI being removed from Meta, i.e. Facebook, and Google, i.e. YouTube, their side of the story is so far detached from the truth that it has no place anywhere that deems to call itself a news site.
Meta and YouTube took down Quiboloy and his group's accounts due to the corporate policies of both platforms not due to some imagined congressional digital powerplay.
In fact, Meta has said that "praise, support or representation of the group or its activities will be removed as well."
So it's not just Quiboloy and his cult which are banned from these platforms but any other individual or group that even so much as represents Quiboloy, e.g. SMNI and its mouthpieces.
There. That's the truth.
Let us watch as they face the Congress tomorrow after spreading lies about the august institution yet again yesterday.
