Any other #SmallBusiness affected?
I had a refund dispute with a customer online and it’s clearly a fraudulent claim with third party evidence but @VirginMoney can’t have read any evidence and refunded their customer with an additional £20 for the admin
Such an unfair process!

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: We've got a special pre-order deal on How Westminster Works and Why It Doesn't with Waterstones. Order now and you get a signed copy, delivered on the day of release, with a reduced price.
Whichever way you vote, perhaps we can all agree that things haven't exactly been... working recently. So what's going on in Westminster, why so much secrecy and, crucially, how to fix things? @IanDunt has ideas, he's even signed his name to them: bit.ly/3T1y1Qw

🚨🏴 The Scottish Government's new Budget contains devastating cuts to the arts and culture.
Organisations and livelihoods are at high risk. Access to the arts is threatened nationwide.

There always has to be an ‘excuse’ made for men who murder women and children. There is a special place in hell for journalists who write this particularly variety of filth.

I shared survivinginscrubsorg.wordpre… with my niece today. Tonight she emailed the man she'd been volunteering for to say she wasn't coming back.
I'm furious she had this happen but so so proud of her.
Sharing our stories DOES make a difference.

🧵ON PERIODS:
At @cosmicshambles #NineCarols on Sat, I talked about how we are neglecting women's pain & bleeding.
The continuing stigma and silence around periods is pathetic, wrong, devastating for women and economically nonsensical.
Some facts. 1/23

We know the system doesn't work - but do we know how to articulate exactly why?
Accessibly deconstructing the processes and culture of the broken British political system, @IanDunt reveals how we've got to this low point and what we can do about it: bit.ly/3UUAj4e

Cards Against Humanity is donating 100% of their profits to the National Network of Abortion Funds if the order comes from a state restricting abortion access.
If someone selects “I didn’t agree to this” an additional $5 donation is added to their cart. 😂

Back in the day, ITV's schedules were run on a wish and a prayer, often underrunning, especially in the afternoon. In 1983, faceless baroque orchestra droids RONDO VENEZIANO began to fill those gaps, popping up unannounced with the stunning video to their single Venice in Peril.
