PSA for ALL IN SEASON PLAYERS: You are not allowed to do any workout with players from other schools. This is a violation of @IHSAA1 Rule 15-1.3(g). Even shooting in the gym, with another player from another school, and a “trainer”/“coach” will constitute as a contest.

Seven teams have signed up to add the mental game to their program. The mental game crosses over all areas of life. Knowing how to respond to adversity is vital. @mentalmagicii
