Miles off it today and deserved nothing from the game. Credit to @HalsteadTownFC The boys know my feelings on our performance and I’m sure they are keen to try and put it right midweek. #SaturdayNightWeGoAgainBrigade

From a management perspective it’s great to see ideas and tactics being implemented and executed on the pitch in real time. But the most rewarding thing is not only seeing the players doing it, but the smiles and happiness it brings to them whilst they do it. Up The Ensign

A player from the opposition had to go off for 1 min yesterday because he received tape on his fingers which was deemed “treatment”. It appears common sense has disappeared and the laws have just gone crazy!! Another bonkers law

Things that need to change immediately 1. Counting down throws, Goal Kicks & players leaving field 2. Making a player go off for 1 min because you stopped the game even if for head injury Allow these to be managed by the ref and dealt with if he feels it’s being abused.

Fantastic result! We have been very good in many periods of games this season but I asked the boys to give me a full 90 of it. Today, was a complete performance. We weathered the first 10 then settled into the game. #DoTheRightThingGetTheRightResult Clean sheet & 3pts ❤️
