Together, they will host two workshops focused on sustaining a venture without burning out and questioning the narrative that glorifies exhaustion and constant hyper-productivity in the startup world. Psychology for Founders is an initiative led by @Meroslaw, born within the Crecimiento Startup Club in 2025. It has since become a core part of Aleph Hub, recognized for its meaningful impact on founders and the broader community.

PSYCHOLOGY FOR FOUNDERS This year we added a weekly activity led by @Meroslaw, founder of Mundo YÜ, a startup dedicated to helping people understand their emotions and navigate them with clarity. Stefan hosted a series of sessions for the Crecimiento Startups Club on topics such as public exposure, presentations, frustration management, and emotional resilience. We are proud to see spaces like these becoming part of our culture.
