Had a weird dream that's a little creepy so I guess it's a nightmare? Take place at the family home and we're were trying to prevent mimics from entering the house. We were kinda chill cuz it's common occurrence and there were rules until they somehow got in as my sister πŸ™‚

Just to be safe, I rebooked my flight to the 28th, so I got 1 more week of streaming left~ I've flown during typhoon season before and it's sketchy af. Bad news is that I rebooked before any official cancellations so I'm paying the full fare difference(700cad) πŸ™‚

(Happy news) We had this bottle of wine that we promised to open up when my mom made full recovery after being struck by a car near the end of 2020. After 6 years of complications and back and forth surgeries due to multiple infections/resistance to antibiotics after the initial surgery, my dad messaged me it's finally time to open the bottle. All 3 siblings will also be together in one place with my parents for the first time in almost 2 decades next month so it'll definitely be a gathering to remember. This is also a reminder I am flying to visit my parents in Taiwan for a month next week so limited streams.

My mom's accident ontop of financial troubles during COVID times was one of the reasons I sunk into depression. Thankfully it was also around that time I started distracting myself with vtubers. Infact I watched most of my oshis and started drawing again from my mom's hospital room since I was acting as a caretaker during strict COVID hospital rules. Most of my early scuffed fanarta were me hunched over the hospital chair at 3am in the morning lol.

I actually recall making multiple posts throughout the early years that my mom recovered (only for the infection to come back weeks after) eventually we just stopped celebrating cuz it was just too depressing.

My dream just now: I spent like 30mins trying to fix a broken payment terminal so I could pay for my food. Everyone was yelling at me to fix it faster for them as if it was my job and not a voluntary thing only for someone to steal my food when I was done. This dream sucks.
