Presented today on microbiome and exercise at the ISCP Annual Conference in Dublin. A great opportunity to connect with clinicians.
It was a pleasure to share our work from @teagasc and @Pharmabiotic. Thanks @_ISCP_ for inviting me.

Excited to share that one of my PhD thesis chapters has now been published! In this study, we explored strain-level variation among vaginal Lactobacillus using shotgun metagenomics, focusing on colonisation and host-microbe interactions.
Well done to @Metagymomics and the rest of the team, @calumari_walsh , @ProfFMcAuliffe , Rebecca Moore, @VanSinderenLab & @sligomicrobe “Strain-level variation among #vaginal #Lactobacillus #crispatus and #Lactobacillus #iners as identified by comparative #metagenomics”
