I think this is correct from @JoshShapiroPA - it’s not enough to talk about overhauling ICE, it’s the entire DHS that needs an overhaul. Personally I’d abolish the DHS, not just ICE. Especially after the recent Ilhan Omar DHS raid. Go back to a pre-9/11 setup.
