Watch this to hear from amazing literacy leaders! Mr. Agnew was our 2022 Outstanding Administrator in Literacy. Mrs. Quinones is an active member in our council and former president. We cherish our partnership with MCPSS to recognize the hard work being done to support literacy.
Reading is a foundational part of elementary education. MCPSS educators use a variety of innovative approaches to help students learn to read and improve their reading comprehension skills. Learn more about them in this episode of mcpssTV's "Homeroom." youtube.com/watch?v=F0cLd5dE…

Our council made a donation to @USACWHospital. We donated coloring books, crayons, and special Christmas stories with videos of read alouds performed by @ardelaney18’s 6th grade STEM students @BartonAcademy! We hope these bring joy to many, especially during the holiday season.
