Luka Doncic has now scored 361 points through his first 9 games, the most since Wilt Chamberlain in 1962-63 and the MOST in the modern-day NBA.

NFL salaries increased 5x.
But NFL league revenue increased 15x!
And somehow @C_AdamskiTrib thinks this was a WIN for NFL players?
This is exactly what a Salary Cap achieves. The profits grow much much faster than the salaries of the players.

With the owners' new proposal, it's time to run update my net increase/decrease analysis for player salaries.
It assumes a 4% increase in salary year over year to match historical trends and that luxury tax penalty payments to players go away.

Proposed Minimum Salary Increases:
- MLBPA: From 780K to 1.5M
- MLB: From 780K to 900K (Up to 1.0M for +2 Service Time)
Remember this when someone tries to tell you that the MLBPA only cares about the stars. The owners care about nobody but themselves.

Arthur Smith/Matt Canada/Mike Tomlin made this man share time with Kenneth Gainwell, backup Najee Harris for years when it was clear Warren was better and even split third down opportunities with 33-year old Cordarrelle Patterson at the beginning of the 2024 season (Smith's buddy).

#Steelers S Jaquan Brisker calls out Jared Verse:
“He should have kept his mouth shut. All that talk, and then to come out with 0 tackles? You didn't stand on business. He gotta look at himself in the mirror and get better."

Did Jared Verse even make the trip?
I didn't even notice #8 out there as the Steelers offense ran for *checks notes* 200 yards.

It's safe to say Yaxel Lendeborg is excited for his rematch with Luka Doncic and the Lakers.

So the Steelers traded George Pickens and Joey Porter Jr. and now need a WR and a CB.
Who could've seen this coming?
NFL trade notes, per @Schultz_Report:
• Bears remain active on defensive side
• Browns currently "less likely" to trade Jerry Jeudy
• Chargers currently hesitant to trade players
• Giants looking for RB/DT
• Steelers looking for WR/CB
• Vikings are in OL/DL market
