Ariko, Where were these ‘Sanction Givers’ when over a million of our families were slaughtered in the 1994 Genocide perpetrated against the Tutsi? Why didn’t they sanction themselves for watching a GENOCIDE happen in real time and doing NOTHING? They watched the very killers FDLR, find refuge, regroup, and continue their atrocities. No sanctions. No accountability. Just silence. And now history repeats itself! None ngo, they want to lecture us? To punish us for surviving? To dictate to us how to exist?? Gute se??
