Madrid mantendrá siempre en su memoria a las víctimas de ETA. En septiembre de 1985, la banda terrorista asesinó en nuestra capital al ciudadano estadounidense Eugene Kenneth Brown, en un atentado en el que resultaron heridos 16 guardias civiles y un transeúnte. Descubrimos esta placa en su recuerdo. Hoy, 11S, Madrid está también con EE.UU en preservar la memoria de todas las víctimas del terrorismo.
