Couldn't be happier! I got the best support ever with @Benjamin_Weigel coming all the way from France and @MichCasini skipping Midsummer's Eve 🤗
Fantastic job by @fredericomaioli defending his PhD thesis on community structure and dynamics of sharks and their relatives in the Adriatic Sea. Very important work for paving new avenues for better shark conservation. Couldn’t be more proud. Well done!

Re-analyses of #EasternBalticCod tagging data (1955-1988) showed resident & seasonal #migrations, with larger distances moved by cod released in northern & central areas. Recent tagging data (2016-2019) indicate persistent residency in the southern Baltic bit.ly/meps_689_109
