18-year-old Isaac Reifschneider enrolled in the WIOA Out-of-School Youth and Adult program through OCMW! Oak Park. He started with Eaton Steel, sweeping floors, and eventually joined their Mechatronics On-the-Job training. He enrolled at @OCCollege & continued working with Eaton.
