My friend James (F3 Bayonne), gave me this awesome, low-tech, no frills, big numbered, "F3" watch for my birthday. We both affectionately call it an "old man's" watch. Now I won't have to ask how much time we have remaining when I'm leading a workout in the morning gloom.
