@CredibleCrypto thoughts on this current PA (everything from the red box onwards) to be part of an extended 5th wave of the 1st major wave? That is my read on this move. With us seeing no real correction on the daily/weekly timeframes, this makes me think we are in major wave 1.

6. Learn to reframe mistakes
No one likes to make mistakes but trial/error is how you refine any process. Instead of dwelling on your mistakes, learn to take responsibility, reflect on what you’ve learned, and implement a plan so that mistake doesn’t happen again.
5. Stop focusing on “what ifs”
This often involves dwelling on potential negative outcomes or scenarios that may not happen. Instead, focus on things that are within your control to change.
4. Routinely evaluate those who you allow to influence you
If your family/friends are not building you up or pushing you towards your goals then work on finding new people that do.
You can’t choose not to be influenced but you can choose who influences you.
3. Cultivate a strong body
The body and mind are inextricably linked. Getting physically stronger will not only improve your physical appearance but will drastically change the way you view yourself and what you’re capable of.
2. Take ownership of everything that happens in your life
You have the power to change anything you don’t like in your life. Learn to stop making excuses, take initiative to solve problems, and make things happen.
1. Practice gratitude
Regularly focusing on the things you are thankful for can help shift your perspective towards the positive.
Realize that if you have food to eat, clothes on your back, and a roof over head that you’re doing better than the average person in this world.
On the other hand, negative thinking can have the opposite effect, increasing stress and weakening the immune system.
So how can you cultivate a more positive mindset?
Here are a few tips that I’ve integrated into my life:
Did you know that something as simple as your mindset can have a huge impact on your physical health? Studies have shown that positive thinking can lead to reduced stress, improved immune function, and better overall health.

✔️ we are making families great again!
It doesn’t take hours of working out per day to strength your body & mind.
You’d be surprised by what just 30-45 minutes 4-5x per week will do.
Strong, Christian men don’t succumb to lies that the media and politicians push.
Put the fork down and start doing hard things.
Christianity used to mean something in this country & I’m sad to say it’s been reduced to the point of irrelevance.
95% of churches have become social clubs that echo a very selective message mainly focused on making you feel good while reflecting the world’s values.
