In Court Tuesday, I testified in 3 cellphone trials. All 3 were found guilty. The Prosecutors highlighted aggravating factors in 2 of the cases & the Justices of the Peace INCREASED the fines substantially & made scathing remarks. We take #DistractedDriving seriously. Do you?
