Replying to @GavinNewsom @AbdulElSayed
Advice from the man who is responsible for a state that is:
# 1 in homelessness
# 1 in fraud
# 1 in gas prices
# 1 in poverty
# 1 in funding for illegal immigrants
# 1 in NGOs
I’d do the exact opposite of whatever this guy says.

Our governor is endorsing a woman who made sure a NICU nurse who abused NINE preemie babies (she broke their bones!) will only serve three of the 45 years the judge wanted her to have.
FIRED UP and ready to send @ShannonTaylorVA to Congress! 🔥
Shannon will take on the corruption and reckless decisions in Washington that are skyrocketing costs, threatening healthcare, and hurting families in Virginia’s 1st District.
Election Day is Tuesday. Get out and VOTE.

Senator Warren, I grew up in Mass, graduated from BC, your support for this Jew hater disgusts me. After terrorist drives Van into Michigan Temple to kill 140 children, your candidate says" hurt people do hurt things" How can you justify and support this Senator? @SenSchumer
.@AbdulElSayed is a fighter, and he’s offering something people haven’t felt from Washington in a long time: hope. He’ll fight to get big money out of politics, put more money in your pocket, and pass Medicare for All. Big money is loud, but it isn’t unbeatable—and we can prove it.

After ORES denied the Shepherd’s Run Solar permit in Copake, New York, over floodplain compliance issues, it was discovered that Fort Edward Solar is another ORES-permitted project with the same FEMA Zone A flood designation within its project footprint.
We (American Land Rescue Fund) went ahead and had the FEMA floodplain map overlaid on the Fort Edward Solar project map.
These materials are not compiled or released by the foreign solar corporations or New York State.
Why? They don’t want you to see this map… it shows the insanity behind the siting of these solar complexes.
On top of the fact an inverter will be located inside a floodplain, this solar complex is sited for one of the last grasslands of its kind (the Washington County Grasslands) throughout the entire Northeast. A significant amount of state-endangered and threatened birds, raptors, animals, and plants live here.
Based off the precedent just set in Copake, NY, it’s time to relinquish the permit to Fort Edward Solar.
I won’t stop until the grasslands are freed.

ATX NEEDLE EXCHANGE- I confronted the Texas Harm Reduction Alliance, that’s been handing out NEEDLES and GLASS PIPES to drug users in Austin.
Turns out they’ve been receiving $5.8 MILLION in city funding, with their executive director acting completely shocked when I mentioned it.
I then pulled up the receipts, forcing them to admit they have indeed been receiving millions since 2021.
THRA is a “harm reduction” center (similar to the programs in San Francisco and Portland that have led to needles and glass pipes littering the street) they state they don’t use city funding to buy said supplies, however, the city is funding their entire organization and multiple surrounding businesses have complained of the drug users that THRA has attracted to the area.
THRA also states that over the last year alone they’ve “safely disposed” of 36,000+ dirty needles, but refused to respond to my question of where all of these needles came from and how many they distributed vs. cleaned up.
Their “community engagement coordinator”who deemed me a “fascist” then decided to try and follow me to my car after I tried to leave.
Distributing drug paraphernalia to active drug users is illegal per Texas law btw, however, this org has been distributing since 2019.
In Minnesota…
Go to a liquor store with friend who will vouch that you’re 21 years old.
Go to a voting place with a friend who will vouch that you’re an American citizen.
You won’t get the alcohol but you will get to vote.
Think about how absurd that is.
A system designed for voter fraud.

Nobody in the mainstream wants you to hear this. 📷 Mark Zuckerberg put it in writing: for months in 2021, he says, the White House leaned on Facebook over what Americans were allowed to post, and he later said the pressure was wrong. They called it “misinformation.” So why the frustration when Facebook said no? One man was put in charge, a billion-dollar platform allegedly got squeezed, and anyone who questions it gets shut down. She connects the dots, and the last 10 seconds hit different. Watch the whole thing, then tell me she’s wrong.

In the last 14-months, I’ve lost business and income, I’ve had to install security cameras for safety reasons, I’ve had to block individuals who threaten my family, I’ve had to answer to journalists sent to tarnish my name, and I’ve had to weather character assassination funded by the renewable energy lobby.
And I’d do it all again in a heartbeat. I’d do anything for my home here in Upstate NY.
And this video captures just that. @johnrich has given those of us our governor forgot about a long time ago a voice.

California admits to a federal judge that non-citizens can vote in their elections & they do nothing to stop them. That is a violation of the constitution.
Stunning admission by California during yesterday’s Ninth Circuit hearing.
California admitted they do nothing to check the citizenship status of voters and will count the illegal ballots of noncitizens who vote. This is why we’re seeking an emergency order. We cannot allow California to dilute legal votes in the upcoming election.
Judge: You agree that if a non-citizen votes and we don’t stop it now, that vote will be counted, correct?
California: That’s absolutely correct.

A video showed the community center’s efforts to address the opioid crisis in Floyd County. Here’s the actual data from the Judge-Executive’s numbers:
- Overdose deaths in 2018: 11
- Overdose deaths in 2025: 21
Kentucky’s overdose rate dropped 22.9% last year to its lowest since 2014, while Floyd’s rate was 55.6 per 100K, more than double the state’s 24.3. It has the highest fentanyl death rate in Kentucky.
- $2.2 million in opioid settlement money is unspent.
- An “Opioid Meeting Room” was remodeled for $31,983.80.
- $200K went to the Sheriff’s office, and $64.9K went to treatment and recovery for the whole year.
- The school board received $299,659.15 in county opioid settlement money, with up to $200,000 more approved for this year:
- FY2025: $99,999.99
- FY2026: $199,659.16
- FY2026-27: up to $200,000 approved
No opioid grants went directly to the district from the state or federal government. The county reimburses the district monthly for expenses, including food, clothes, beds, utility bills, household items, and minor car repairs for kids affected by opioids. They say 387 kids were served the first year, but this year’s report lists every impact number as 0. The claims book has no invoices or itemized spending. The closest thing to a $60K line is a single $60,032.88 payment for “Expenses – January 2026,” part of the existing award, not new money.
Robbie Williams is giving money to his sister-in-law, Superintendent Tonya Williams. Are you seeing the bigger picture?
Money meant for the community keeps going to the same people in charge for a decade—family, friends, the same names on the checks. There’s little improvement, multiple lawsuits, and no real accountability. Handouts don’t help when they never reach the people who need them.
I help people, donate when they get out of jail, and support families. But there’s nothing here for kids—no jobs, activities, or good places to live. The money shows up, but the opportunities don’t.
Mountain Comprehensive Care makes $146 million a year in revenue and received another $50,000 in opioid money this spring.
Four former employees, including the ex-CFO, are suing. They say they were told to submit false Medicaid and Medicare bills and were fired when they refused. Mountain Comp denies it and is countersuing. No court has ruled, but the checks keep clearing.
There are 17,366 people on Medicaid, half the county. Poverty is 27.7%, while the state average is 15.4%. The median household income is $44,735, compared to the state average of $67,000+.
Only 43.5% of adults are employed or seeking work, while Kentucky’s rate is 59.3%. The state’s population has declined by 12.8% since 2010, while Kentucky’s has grown by 6.2%. The state auditor’s review found no finance officer, no separation of duties, and purchases without purchase orders or authorizing signatures. Poverty has decreased since 2018, and overdoses are below the 2021 peak. However, eight years in, “better than our worst year ever” is not a campaign slogan. The same judge-executive and governor have been in office since 2019, and if the numbers haven’t improved, the speeches won’t either.
Two FEMA vendors raised red flags for Floyd County. The county paid $127,000 to Good O Boys Excavating, LLC, a dissolved LLC run by a man charged with smuggling pot into the Pike jail. The county also paid $34,800 to a towing company tied to a federal cockfighting conviction whose operators were distant relatives of former House Speaker Greg Stumbo.
Good O Boys Excavating, LLC, is inactive with bad standing. It was organized in January 2021 and lists Justin D. Mosley as its manager. Mosley was charged in 2012 with conspiracy to distribute marijuana and promoting contraband for allegedly supplying pot smuggled into the Pike County Detention Center via a work-release inmate at the animal shelter. Federal agents described him opening his jacket to show a gun to an informant and vandalizing an informant’s vehicle.
Floyd County paid $34,800 to Josh Stumbo Towing LLC (McDowell/Minnie area). In 2014, Joshua Dale Stumbo was sentenced to 10 months in federal prison for operating the “Big Blue” cockfighting pit in McDowell, one of the largest such operations. His parents, Walter Dale Stumbo and Sonya Stumbo, were also sentenced and ordered to forfeit over $900,000.
Court documents and reporting established the family connection. Walter Dale Stumbo told a crowd at a derby that Kentucky government was working to change federal law that made cockfighting a felony. Multiple outlets reported that the charged Stumbos were distant relatives or cousins of then House Speaker Greg Stumbo. The speaker’s office confirmed the distant-cousin relationship, and Greg Stumbo acknowledged it in interviews, expressing sympathy for his cousin.
These public records and court documents detail payments from county claims/vendor records related to flood/FEMA-related work during the current administration. Floyd County Judge-Executive Robbie Williams and the Fiscal Court oversee bidding, awards, and claims lists for this recovery spending.
Who selected these vendors? Why was an inactive, bad-standing LLC with this background chosen for six-figure FEMA-related work? Why hand taxpayer recovery dollars to a towing operation linked to a federal cockfighting conviction whose operators are distant relatives of the former House Speaker?
Public records lack competitive bidding details or public discussion of red flags before the checks were issued. In eastern Kentucky’s flood recovery, the question is not abstract but who decided these were the right people to receive the money.
