Contrarian take on Anthropic: they end up pivoting from frontier model to becoming dominant player in AI-specific cybersecurity. Logic: intelligence is a commodity and has no moat, they are obsessed with AI risks and understand them better than anyone. Thoughts? #anthropic #AI @DarioAmodei

One weird edge case can break a system. One weird edge case does not build one. Why AI's most alarming wins keep landing where checking the answer is cheap:

Dismissing the Bitcoin quantum threat because “everything is vulnerable” is lazy copium. 1) It’s easy for a centralized entity to upgrade its encryption and freeze/reverse fraudulent activity. You can’t just freeze bitcoin “when it becomes necessary”. 2) The big problem for Bitcoin is the millions of btc belonging to addresses that have exposed public keys. That problem doesn’t have a tradfi analog. @caprioleio @Excellion #bitcoin #quantum

13Fs only show long positions. Suppose a fund sold 5M put spreads (short higher strike, long lower strike)- a bullish trade, i.e., long the underlying. The 13F would just show 5M long puts, incorrectly implying a massive short position.

Can someone explain how $WULF market cap is only 3.5B after securing 3.7B in revenue over ten years?

Agreed! Harden is by far most overworked superstar. Rest him with RW, they are 3-5 when Harden plays without Russ since December. Would further help team by giving a few reps to other guys to make plays. Bad coaching, bad GMing. Harden would ball in the playoffs if he was fresh.
Replying to @asoukuptx @cja10290
Hell, I already said it another Tweet, but he might even listen if Russ suggests it to him. We see Brodie reaping the rewards of load management, so maybe he can convince James to take some games off.

Can someone (maybe a scientist?) explain to me why they don’t have soft padding outside of the hard shell on helmets? Wouldn’t that help mitigate the danger of collisions? #PlayerSafety #ThursdayNightFootball @RJinVegas

Excited to share our new paper presenting CRSO! We assign patients to combinations of driver genes, called cancer rules. Classifying patients according to driver rules can help predict patient outcomes in liver cancer, melanoma and gliomas! #CancerResearch #TCGA #CancerGenomics
