Iโm sitting in a waiting room surrounded by sick people, waiting for a wellness check, and hoping I wonโt need a sick visit by the time I leave.
Could we give the healthy people their own day? Or at least their own waiting room?

Americans are drinking less alcohol than at any point since 1939.
Something big is changing.
Here's what the numbers show:
1. Only 54% of American adults now say they drink alcohol.
2. That ties the lowest number Gallup has recorded since it started asking in 1939.
3. Just three years ago, in 2023, it was 62%.
4. The drop is happening across the board. Men, women, every age group, and every race.
5. People who still drink average just 3.2 drinks a week.
6. More than half of Americans now believe even one or two drinks a day is bad for your health.
7. 17% say they sometimes choose nonalcoholic drinks instead.
Some say people are finally getting healthier.
Some say alcohol is just too expensive now.
Others say people are trading it for weed and Zyn.
