Life can be weird at times
Someone who is at a mediocre level in his craft could have the most amount of followers, thousands of likes on his posts, gigs and jobs flying from left to right.
Then there would be someone else who has attained a mastery in his craft, struggling to get views, to gets jobs or even recognition.
This post isn't about me though.
It's something I just came to realise; that life can seem unfair at times but something to note is that mastery is a long-term compound asset, while attention is a short-term amplifier.
The person with mediocre skills and massive distribution has mastered the game of reach, whereas the master has honed the craft itself.
The frustration comes when we expect craftsmanship to automatically function as its own marketing engine which it rarely does in the crowded digital ecosystem nowadays.
The key takeaway is that building leverage requires mastering both the work and the distribution of the work. Skill gets you through the door, but visibility keeps the doors open.
The master who learns how to package, position, and share their process will eventually win and they become untouchable, because when the novelty of mediocrity wears off, people always come looking for quality that lasts.

YOU DON’T NEED 100K FOLLOWERS TO COMPETE. ⚔️
That is one thing I genuinely like about the @RaidLords Creator Campaign.
Most creator competitions feel like a race between accounts with the biggest audiences. But RaidLords is trying something different by giving content quality and engagement rate their own importance.
And the rewards make it worth looking into.
The campaign offers creators a chance to compete for whitelist spots and dollar rewards by making original content about RaidLords, a fantasy themed project built around raiding, characters and its upcoming collection on Robinhood Chain.
Here is how the scoring works:
⚔️ Content Quality: 50 Points
Originality, creativity, effort, clarity and understanding of RaidLords are evaluated by an AI judge.
🎬 Content Format: 15 Points
Videos earn 15 points, threads with 3+ posts earn 12, images earn 7 and text posts earn 4.
📊 Reach: 20 Points
Your views, likes, replies and reposts contribute to your score.
🏆 Engagement Rate: 15 Points
Engagement is considered relative to your follower count, giving smaller creators a chance to compete.
Each post can earn up to 100 points and your final ranking is based on your best three posts.
You can submit up to five posts daily.
WHAT CAN YOU WIN?
Ranks 1–100: GTD spots + dollar rewards.
Ranks 101–200: FCFS spots + dollar rewards.
You need at least 40 points to qualify for rewards.
There’s also a +5 point bonus available for sharing the creator program link in your post or first reply.
What makes this interesting to me is the opportunity to experiment.
You can create an animated trailer, explain the project through an educational post or design something funny around the RaidLords characters.
The important part is making something original that people actually enjoy.
Of course quality alone won’t guarantee a top ranking. Reach and engagement still matter.
But I appreciate a competition where understanding the project and putting effort into your content can account for half the score.
I’m planning to contribute with different types of content rather than repeating the same announcement every day.
Because if you are competing as a creator your work should show what you can actually create.

Every kingdom has a story. This is the one I couldn’t stop thinking about ⚔️
It starts quietly. Golden light over green hills, flags moving in the wind, a castle that has never had to worry about anything
Then a war horn sounds in the distance and everything changes
A knight in gray armor steps onto the hill. He isn’t the biggest warrior on the field, but he raises his sword like he means it. One by one his army gathers behind him.
Walls go up. Gates slam shut. Swords get sharpened. Someone studies the enemy castle across the valley.
Then they charge.
Arrows fill the sky. A giant drops onto the battlefield and nearly flattens our knight, who dodges at the last second, looks straight at the camera like did you see that?, and charges right back in
The gates fall. The chest opens. Gold everywhere and naturally a coin lands right on his helmet.
That’s what @RaidLords feels like to me: build your power, prepare your raid, and write your own legend.
So I turned it into a 45 second animated trailer with every sound and every beat of the music made from scratch for this video.

If you’re collecting a ton of answers in your onboarding quiz and doing NOTHING with them... bad news, you’re missing an easy win.
Here's advice from @CharlesLiu9 and @kelvinzhg.
Turn those answers into something personal, like a scorecard, a plan or a “wait, that’s so me” moment, and only then show the paywall.

🎙️ RAI YAPPING THON OCTOBER EDITION:
YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A TOP WINNER TO GET A PRIZE!
Hello Raizen! 👋
Yapping Thon is back, and this time there's something new: the RAFFLE SPIN WHEEL 🎡
Previously, prizes were only for the Top 3. Now, even if you aren't the most active chatter in the group, you have an equal chance of winning.
⚡ How the raffle works:
- Fill out the registration form for the current week.
- Accumulate at least 200 organic chats from Monday to Friday (around 40 chats a day—easy does it!); the Combot leaderboard serves as the benchmark.
- Your name goes onto the Spin Wheel, and the draw happens LIVE on Telegram.
- 2 raffle winners, each receiving $5 in RAI Tokens.
So, there's no need to race for the top spot on the leaderboard. Just chat actively, and you're in with a chance. 🌴
🏆 Total of 5 winners per week ( $25 ):
🥇 1st Place: $7
🥈 2nd Place: $5
🥉 3rd Place: $3
⚡ Raffle Spin Wheel: 2 winners x $5
📝 MAKE SURE TO FILL OUT THE FORM!
Without the form, your chats won't be counted, and you won't be eligible to win—whether for the Top 3 or the raffle. - The form opens Monday at 10:00 WIB and closes Tuesday at 23:59 WIB.
- Have a valid Solana wallet ready.
- Submit for each session (the Week 2 form does not apply to Week 4).
✅ How to participate:
1. Join the Telegram group & follow @raitokenio on X.
2. Like + Repost/Quote the campaign post on X, and tag 3 friends.
3. Fill out the registration Google Form: forms.gle/YNpQ1LxY4h1jwbNu8
4. Check the detailed rules here: shorturl.at/KZN5C
5. Chat in the group about RAI, RAI Hub, and Agritech.
⚠️ Single-word messages, messages containing only emojis/stickers, spam, and copy-pasted text do not count. 1 account = 1 participant = 1 wallet.
Rewards are distributed in RAI Tokens as a token of appreciation for the community. 💚
