@cpb @ATLairport last night we arrived international around 10 PM. We got to the Immigration checkpoint and we’re informed that there were 2k people in front of us. Our CPB officer was awesome. The rest of the experience not so much. The folks managing the lines need something

Get a good PA system in place and provide clear, calm instruction like they do at other airports around the world. Make sure all the tools that are in place to quickly move folks are up and ready (CBP MPC) and update signs to help prep folks for what is coming.
