🌌 @Michellpollino's most recent article, "This Song of Love," explores Zach Bryan's newest album and how it reflects the cultural shift happening across the nation, and even in the planets. Michelle Pollino is a writer, journalist, filmmaker, and Art Advisory Fellow at FAIR. After 30 years working in news and media, she's starting a new chapter of her own and launching her new Substack called "The Fracturing". There, she looks at stories and human nature through two different lenses, looking inward on personal changes that happen within us, and outward at the forces that shape the world around us.

A brilliant @MattHennessey column from the word go: "Every few weeks I get a social-media reminder of a shocking factual reality: The U.K. is poorer than every American state. Think about that. It’s extraordinary." wsj.com/opinion/free-express…

🚨 🚨🚨 I think we're living through a civilizational turning point. And most people haven't realized it yet. 🚨🚨🚨 We keep hearing that the globalist project is collapsing. It isn't. It's alive and well in the European Union, where Brussels keeps marching on as if nothing happened. And in the United States, it didn't die. It mutated. If you want to see what that mutation looks like, read what DataRepublican just published. According to the audio and the thousands of documents she scraped, a network of former USAID and State Department officials, organized under a group called Renew to Thrive, is working on what they call "the day after tomorrow": what a rewritten American government should look like. And they're not alone. She reports that this group sits inside a much larger, extremely discreet umbrella, the United Democracy Alliance, which coordinates the major "resistance" NGOs: when protests get deployed, on what timeline, how to respond. Operationalized, according to her, by an organization of 1,600 former military, intelligence and diplomatic officials. The most chilling part: they've reportedly drafted a list of "red lines" past which the elected federal government should be declared illegitimate. The one they discuss most is invoking the Insurrection Act. And the mechanism doesn't even require governors to sign anything. They just have to refuse federal troops in their state and let the network do the rest. Senator Mike Lee said he was speechless. Elon replied with one word: "Troubling." Understand this: for these people, it isn't politics anymore. It's survival. They lost power at the ballot box, so they're building the machinery to contest the very legitimacy of the people who won. Their influence, their networks, their money, their impunity, everything they've built over decades depends on getting back in. So they're going all in. And this fight is happening at the most decisive moment in human history: the arrival of superintelligence. Whoever controls the state when AI surpasses humans won't just win an election. They'll win the century. I only see two scenarios. Scenario one: the Democrats take back power. Remember what Elon said in 2024: "If he loses, I'm f*cked. How long do you think my prison sentence is going to be?" Everyone laughed. Read those documents again and tell me he was joking. If a movement that pre-writes the criteria for declaring an elected government illegitimate comes back to power, there's a very strong chance Elon gets persecuted. Him, X, and everyone who dared to speak up. And the world that follows is 1984 with GPUs. A hyper-class owning all the means of production: AI, robots, data, energy. The rest of humanity locked into a form of techno-feudal slavery, on a drip, surveilled, docile. Communism always promised equality and delivered a nomenklatura. With AI, the nomenklatura won't even need the people anymore. Scenario two: Elon wins with the Republicans. And this deathly project gets dismantled. Not reformed, not slowed down. Dismantled. Every network, every unelected structure, brought into the light. And we finally do what history never had the courage to do: the Nuremberg of communism. The great moral and historical trial of an ideology that killed tens of millions of people and is still trying to sneak back in through the back door. There is no third way. No lukewarm scenario. The coming decade will decide. Pick your side while you still have the right to.
🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 2: WHEN AND HOW TO DECLARE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ILLEGITIMATE 🚨 Some questioned whether a group of 200 ex-USAID officials could actually pull off their ambitions to rewrite the Constitution. Here, they describe exactly how it works. They aren't working alone. The videos all come from Renew to Thrive (R2T) group and associates. Danielle Reiff and Paul Zeitz play key roles within R2T. R2T sits inside a much, much larger umbrella called United Democracy Alliance (UDA), which is an extremely hush-hush control plane of leaders from major "blocking" NGOs such as 50501 and Indivisible fulfilling various functions. UDA decides when protests get deployed, timelines, how to respond, all that. R2T's role within UDA is concerned with "the day after tomorrow" - in other words, their function is to conceive what a rewritten American government will look like after the rest of UDA fulfills its purpose. As will be shown, Erica Chenoworth is credited with conceiving UDA in the first place under the Horizons "Big Tent" initiative. Note here that National Security Leaders for America (NSL4A) is credited for operationalizing UDA. NSL4A is a group of 1,600 ex-military, intelligence, and diplomatic officials. They are led by Rear Admiral Michael E. Smith (Ret). NSL4A also played a key role in the "illegal orders" messaging which targeted Pete Hegseth. Zeitz is also a member of NSL4A. It must be emphasized that the choice of a military-oriented organization to coordinate NGOs across domestic protests is an interesting one all in itself - especially in an umbrella conceived by a regime change expert like Chenoworth. You will have a hard time finding any mentions of UDA in the public. They are extremely hush-hush and selective who they talk to. Mike Smith himself makes a personal appearance in other calls, coordinating Insurrection Act exercises and roleplaying with R2G as one of the participants. As the audio transcript shows, they have outlined a sequence of "redlines" in which case the federal government should be declared illegitimate. Invoking the Insurrection Act against "peaceful" protesters is one of the most discussed redlines. I will post the illegitimate criteria below, but basically, almost any effective pushback against NGOs is a measure of illegitimacy according to them. Important to understand: The audio shows they shopped this idea around governors, but the reality is that governors do not have to explicitly sign on to the pact to play their role in the coup. All they have to do is refuse troops in their state and let UDA / R2G do the work of dissolving the federal government.

He's either very cynical or ignorant. I suspect it's a mix, with an emphasis on the latter. The subtext of his remarks is basically: The Jews deserved the Jewish state because of the Holocaust, and then they did some bad things, and now they don't deserve it. He seems not to know anything about the history of the ancient world or the Levant, the history of antisemitism, Jewish identity, the meaning of Zionism, and so forth. More to the point, he seems not to grasp the connection between anti-Zionism and antisemitism in his own party, and the very dangerous role he's playing in helping to foment and promulgate that hatred. I doubt that Obama has come around to the view that Jews are bad people. He mostly seems out of his depth -- and, worse yet, he seems ignorant of his ignorance.
Former U.S. President Barack Obama chose Northern Ireland, an epicenter of antisemitism, to deliver a distorted account of Israel’s founding. This week, he reduced thousands of years of Jewish history, millions spent legally purchasing land, the UN partition plan and the 1948 Arab invasion to a story of Jews stealing land. He questioned Israel’s morality while describing Hamas’s October 7 massacre as something that was “less likely to produce meaningful change.” This is exceptionally dangerous. A former president’s distortions become the foundation for the next generation of lies.

Finally, someone nailed the aesthetics to convey the civilizational stake of our present age. Standing before the acropolis as the sun bathed its marble in warm tones, Rubio makes the case for the grandeur and virtues of Western civilization in all its splendor. Empires have risen and vanished beneath that ridge, and the stones remain, indifferent to the fashion of the hour. Rare to hear a Western leader use vocabulary that modern education has largely purged - sacrifice, duty, inheritance, the debt owed to those who built before us. The men who raised those columns did not do so under the illusion of permanent safety. They understood what separates glory and ruin, and that the only lasting answer to ruin is the deliberate transmission of daring and courage. It's a glorious speech, truly one for the ages.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio delivers a speech for the ages from the Acropolis in Athens, Greece. Listen to the entire speech to understand the dangers the West faces. It's critical to our survival.

I feel like I have been waiting an ETERNITY for this documentary!! I can’t wait! 😊 More power to Eli @Hebro_Steele and to his brilliant father Shelby!
"Many of us believed that what we were achieving was justice. Some have called it reparations. After all, we didn't get our forty acres and a mule. But there is a price for every transaction. The devil in this bargain that my father saw from the beginning was that moment we decided to milk white guilt was the moment that we agreed to a permanent victimhood. We couldn't leave the past behind. It was our power and it kept us looking backward. The innocence that we sold the white man kept him in the place of supremacy. After all, his innocence depended on our permanent victimhood. We were selling ourselves." "They're Milking White Guilt" is the second essay in my essay series alongside the documentary White Guilt, which streams on October 6. Link to full essay below.
