Between @sykescottages and @bookingcom, we’ve had nearly a grand taken from us, whilst my wife is on statutory maternity leave, for a booking we made, which they cancelled due to a double booking and neither of them are taking responsibility for the refund. Disgusting.
Day 31 since being told it would take 3-5 days for a refund….and then 30 days for a refund from @sykescottages. Seeing the replies on here don’t fill me with hope. This years holiday has been massively tarnished by a double booking that wasn’t our fault. Still took our money.
