Coya today announced plans to initiate an open-label extension (OLE) of the Phase 2/3 ALSTARS Trial evaluating COYA 302 for the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (#ALS).
We plan to initiate the OLE in response to requests from ALSTARS investigators and study participants. “The strong interest from investigators and participants in continuing treatment beyond the current 48-week study period underscores the importance of providing continued access to COYA 302 for eligible participants in the ALSTARS trial,” said Dr. Fred Grossman, DO, FAPA, our President and Chief Medical Officer.

No I do not believe they showed any other data than what was in the poster. I thought they would since they mentioned they were getting CSF data at 360 days. My guess not all reviewed and approved.
Roches deal is 5 to 10 years out. They might not even start a safety test for another year. Rexeceract can be helping patients in 2 years with the right big pharma. Isn't that what we all want? No drug has ever returned smell/taste and this one did it on 25% of patients in 90 day
They paid 100 m for a preclinical asset. They will have to pay 10x that for Gain and that's how they see it.
