Jessie Itzler has a line I can't shake: "Remember tomorrow."
Tomorrow-you wakes up and feels something based entirely on what today-you did.
Made the calls or dodged them. Workout or snooze. Ate clean or ate the regret.
You're always building the mood of the person you wake up as. 🧵

Sales leaders, this is the whole job.
The reps you coach today are the reason tomorrow-you isn't on three calls cleaning up a deal that should've closed itself.
Make the call. Run the drill. Bank the day.

The whole game is step 1.
Your best customer didn't buy because you're great.
They bought because something changed on their end at the right moment.
Find the trigger. Then go find the next 20 people living it.
4/
"Now:
Name the 'buying trigger' — the event that makes a company like this ready to buy (new hire, funding, deadline, a change).
List 5 specific places to find companies hitting that trigger right now.
Give me the exact LinkedIn filters / Google string to pull them.
Write a one-line opener that references the trigger, not my product."
2/
The setup: you feed AI ONE customer you love working with.
It reverse-engineers what made them a fit, then tells you where to find more people in that exact moment.
Paste this into ChatGPT or Claude, swap in your details:

Everyone uses AI to write their cold emails.
Wrong job.
The email isn't your bottleneck. Knowing who to send it to is.
Here's the prompt I use to turn one good customer into a list of 20 more like them. 🧵
Your prospect doesn't need another pitch.
They need someone who understands their problem.
The best sales reps don't start with:
"Here's what we sell."
They start with:
"What are you trying to solve?"
That's where great deals begin.

Your best reps aren't your best closers.
They're your best practicers.
The "naturals" wing it and plateau for 2 years. The grinders botch the same question 11x in private, then make it look effortless on the live call.
We don't let surgeons learn on live patients. But we hand a rep a $40k deal and go "be yourself!" 🎧
Reps before reps. Happy Friday. 🔥
What if someone handed your rep the exact questions before the test?
Now they can.
A prospect books a discovery call → FireCoach reads it from your CRM → spins up an AI twin of that exact buyer for your rep to practice on. Their objections. Their gaps. Their concerns. Before the real call.
Gong grades the call after you lose it. FireCoach gets you ready before you risk it.
That's a Sales Operating System. 🔥
It's all about taking a risk, learning from our mistakes, and getting better.
Here's an example from one of my all-time favorite entrepreneurs, @JesseItzler

Does this resonate with anyone...asking for a friend?!
Most successful people in any field...it comes from a "fear of inadequacy and incompetence."
At least in my experience, and I've met tons of successful people across many fields, the fire comes from fear, anxiety, or rage.
I don't think we should avoid those emotions. Channeled correctly, they're super powerful and helpful.
But: I think working 7 days a week likely isn't the right move (in most cases).
Promoted because you were the Michael Jordan of sales.
Your team needs Phil Jackson.
Nobody told you those are completely different jobs.

What surprised me most about 9 hours on Product Hunt:
We picked up 370 followers.
Not because they upvoted. People are clicking follow because they want to see what we build next.
That's the part hitting harder than the rank.

FireCoach is live on Product Hunt today.
We clone sales leaders. Yours, specifically.
Your top rep's instincts, scaled across the whole team.
Practice, real calls, the data behind every deal.
