Can we talk about how this new mode of Twitter puts activists from censored countries at risk? Twitter is a main stage for countries where information is actively censored from their governments. There are consequences to this.

it’s not your job to make people feel comfortable with the boundaries that you’ve set. it’s not your job to accommodate other people’s needs at your own expense.
I know this is a small thing to be proud of but I’ve never had a finsta and well, by god, that is a sign of great self restraint.
for artists wondering if they still need websites, my advice would be to update yours. talent bookers and music industry reps of all sorts look for bios and info on location, team and touring on your website. makes us more inclined to engage.
