🌍✨ In South Africa, our labour laws are here to protect and empower women in the workplace, from safeguarding against unfair discrimination to guaranteeing maternity rights and equal opportunities. At DDP, we believe that knowing your rights is the first step toward building workplaces that are just, safe, and inclusive. 💪🏽 👉🏽 Join the conversation: How has labour law shaped or protected your work journey? Share your experience in the comments and let’s empower more women together. #KnowYourRights #WomenInWork #DDP #EqualityAtWork

Structural systemic failures and socio-economic and political barriers keep justice out of reach. How long must women wait for their rights to be more than just a myth?" ~ Xoliswa Jwili , DDP Associate. Read more: ddp.org.za/blog/access-to-ju… #DDP@Work #JusticeMatters #ENDGBVF #JusticeForAll
