If you, much like myself, originally found Puberty to be disappointing, I might suggest you give it another try. While still not perfect, Puberty 2.0 contains a lot of bug fixes and addresses most of the issues I had with it the first time around.
I'd love nothing more than to update the gender marker on my various IDs to "X" as that would accurately reflect my non-binary identity, but due to safety reasons when traveling & our society's trouble separating the diff between presentation and gender, I gotta go with "F" too
