I went through old emails to find correspondence I had with Jordan Breen. My favorite was a back-and-forth we had about the UFC's all-heavyweight card back in 2012. The subject line he put on his first email to me?

Recently discovered the books of S.A. Cosby @blacklionking73. Thrilling. Haunting. Brilliant. All the Sinners Bleed and Razorblade Tears are two of my favorite novels of the last decade. If you are looking to read introspective yet explosive crime fiction, HIGHLY recommend.

I called @SphereVegas customer service, estimated wait time: 22 minutes. That was 55 minutes ago. Now it‘s “more than 30 minutes.” Emailed yesterday, auto-response promised a timely reply; still nothing. All for tickets I bought 5 months ago but still don’t have. What a mess.
