This will prove to be very, very wrong.
Paul Tudor Jones told Andrew Ross Sorkin 2027 will be "really, really challenging" for stocks - and pointed at the $2 trillion SpaceX, Anthropic and OpenAI:
"you've probably got the most negative flow picture for the US stock market that we've had, say, since 2002"
this is him explaining the midterm-year pattern he's trading into year-end, the question he asked 200 traders about 1999 that stunned him, and the AI scenario he says turns spectacular earnings into a donut
"if we sum up all the buybacks, M&A... and then I subtract from that the IPOs, secondaries, unlocks"
"you know what the output is, but you don't know why or how you got there"

There are people who hate the President of the U.S. so much that they’ve actually been rooting for the stock market to fall just so they can say, “I told you so.” A lot of these sociopaths work in media, on basic cable or write for newspapers. Just know who you’re listening to.
I'm sure it will arrive right after the Doge checks and tariff refunds, right?
NEW: President Trump is doubling down on his pledge to send Americans a $5,000 "dividend" if Republicans maintain control of both the House and Senate after November's elections, saying tariff revenue would fund the payments.
"We're taking in hundreds of billions of dollars of profits. It's one of the reasons I can offer if Republicans win the House and the Senate, $5,000 to every adult."
"We can do it and the Democrats can't, because the Democrats don't have any income and they're going to drive us in a depression."
$30b? What is this, a trade deal for ants?
BREAKING: The US and China have reached a trade deal to lower tariffs on $30 billion worth of "non-sensitive goods" after President Trump and President Xi met this week.
This deal will likely lower prices on a variety of consumer goods, including small appliances, toys, holiday decorations, and kids' car seats.
In return, China will cut tariffs on agricultural goods and seafood, wood products, cosmetics, and medical devices.
China has also agreed to import 10 million metric tons of US coal in 2027 and 2028.
Rare earths are still being discussed, the White House said.

Project Jupiter remains on our planned schedule. We are fully committed to New Mexico and confident in our path forward.
Oracle has made significant economic, community, and philanthropic investments in the state. This includes reimagining Project Jupiter’s power plan as part of our long-term commitment to be a good neighbor to the residents of Doña Ana County.
STACK Infrastructure has been a tremendous partner. Together, we are building New Mexico’s workforce for the long term. More than 3,600 construction workers are helping build the campus, including more than 1,000 New Mexico residents. More than 900 workers joined the team in August alone, reflecting the project’s continued growth. Collectively, they have logged more than 2.8 million hours worked.
We are excited about the more than $4.7 billion in economic benefit Project Jupiter is expected to bring to New Mexico.
The downfall of this company needs to be studied. A year ago today they closed at $324/share, now down 60% and counting.
ORACLE $ORCL IS TRYING TO PROTECT ITSELF FROM PAYING FOR A DATA CENTER THAT HASN'T EVEN BEEN BUILT YET
Oracle sent developer Blue Owl Capital a force majeure notice on Project Jupiter, its massive New Mexico data center
Oracle isn't trying to walk away as the site's main tenant, it's trying to delay payments if the project misses its planned 2028 online date
The project has faced local opposition and regulatory setbacks. It's not clear whether the maneuver would actually free Oracle from its previously agreed financial obligations - Bloomberg

Crazy to think about how Trump could’ve had one of the most successful and popular presidential terms in modern American history… and they completely punted it.
He was elected by a historic coalition and was the first Republican to win the popular vote in decades because of two issues: inflation and illegal immigration.
Inflation was already falling after the Covid and Biden era spending. All he had to do was close the border, conduct mass deportations, and let the economy/AI cook while pushing through deregulation.
Instead, after explicitly running on ending foreign wars, he immediately started a war with Iran which has taken over the entire term. Inflation, energy prices and mortgage rates have all climbed and are heading in the wrong direction. His approval is at an all-time low. He sacrificed his own domestic agenda for a war in the Middle East alongside Israel.
Republicans are now going to lose the House, possibly the Senate, and the next 2 years will be nothing but DC gridlock and investigations. The odds of handing America to the far-left in 2028 have also dramatically increased.

Michael Burry says he bought more March 2027 $100 puts on $PLTR and believes the stock is worth “under $1” long term.
That conviction now runs directly against Palantir’s blowout Q2 where growth accelerated, margins expanded and guidance moved sharply higher.
And there's our reason why NVDA is down today. This market hates financing deals.

The group reportedly includes Apollo, Blackstone, a BlackRock unit, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs and KKR.
