Davion Mitchell explains how TOUGH the Miami Heat’s conditioning test is compared to other teams😳 “Everyone does a conditioning test but we do a different conditioning test. Like people usually do 10 runs on the court 3 times but with Miami you have to do it 5 times….I prepared for it 3 weeks ago…I’m not going to lie it’s one of the hardest things I’ve done in my life just because you gotta do it in 1 minute — you only get 2 minute breaks…when I ran it last year I didn’t even pass…it was tough last year…” (Deuce & Mo)
