My homeowners insurance doubled. Then I got pushed onto the FAIR Plan.
I’m not telling you this because I’m the only one. I hear it from people all over the county, at church, at the grocery store, at every community meeting.
The FAIR Plan is bare-minimum coverage, and it’s what you’re left with when Sacramento lets the insurance market fall apart.
People talk about protecting Prop 13, and they should. But it doesn’t mean much if your insurance bill climbs into the tens of thousands. This is how the state prices people out of their own homes.

Women take hormonal birth control, they then urinate. That goes into the water system. A lot of cities recycle their water, but we don't have any specific filtration mechanism for those hormones. So they just get recycled and pumped back into the municipal water supply
Acutely the CEO of rainmaker even confirmed it was “a significant amount of birth control” and they it’s contributing to our infertility problem in America
