Carrick set the team up brilliant in that first half, the lads were working their socks off, and Martínez throws it all away with pure indiscipline. It makes me furious. You can’t even perform the basics of your job as a defender when it matters most, yet you feel entitled enough to sit in front of media cameras and lecture everyone else on how to run Manchester United. If you can’t back up your words with basic competence on the pitch, you have no right to speak. He cost his team everything today."
