Blackburn Rovers celebrating like they’ve just won a cup final. That’s what it means to teams when they play West Ham, yet this team goes into games expecting the opposition to roll over. The mentality at this club is absolutely shocking.

I get that it’s difficult to single out after what was a really well drilled team performance, but my notes…. - Carter imperious in the air. - Pickering excellent not even letting Bowen go to the toilet in peace. - Beyuku, after a very shaky start, really grew into that.

Mowbray has got the frustrate West Ham/go on the counter ratios about right here. Rovers sticking to task well here against faster movement, Montgomery and Carter the pick of the bunch defensively. Frustrating when trying to attack though, poor choices and composure so far.

Well that’s just a punch in the gut. After a tame 75 mins, Rovers rallied well towards the end and that is a complete robbery of a deserved point. The defender has no interest in defending/heading the ball, Gudjohnsen touches him lightly and he decks it. Disgraceful decision.
