Gratitude is a big word but @jdcteach4all’s Kinders have conquered it. They shared all they have learned about gratitude and gifted me and other staff members with gratitude rocks.

Pumpkin carving contest team building with a twist. Teams were randomly selected and had 30 minutes to create and carve their pumpkins! Loved seeing staff coming together, laughing, smiling and having fun!

If you wait until you feel ready to take on a new challenge, you might never pursue it at all. Few people wake up suddenly feeling prepared to lead or create. They become prepared by taking the leap anyway. Our greatest regrets are not our failures, but our failures to try.

"If you're not prepared to be wrong, you'll never come up with anything original." Watch the late Sir Ken Robinson's full TED Talk here: t.ted.com/SE6ULzT

Do Schools Kill Creativity?

Sir Ken Robinson makes an entertaining and profoundly moving case for creating an education system that nurtures (rather than undermines) creativity.
