The devs won’t allow your character to have big breasts but will let you create one who’s had them surgically removed. This is an insult to women to the highest degree. They added all this unwanted shit, yet somehow they completely overlooked giving women the option to have proper boobs and ass, something far more relatable than breast removal scars and vitiligo. These options have nothing to do with genuine inclusivity or representation. This is simply a disturbing fetish. If the intention is to portray a different gender, then there's no need to throw in the imperfections that come with real life. You claim to support inclusivity and diversity, but the moment someone wants their character to actually resemble a real woman, suddenly that's a problem.
