The two decisive hits delivered by Johnston: a Solo HR from Trevin Helming and an RBI 2B from Max Mincks, handing Ryan Stedman his first loss on the year. The Dragons have won 9 of their last 10 after starting 3-8. @JohnstonDragons | @Trevin_Helming | @MincksMax

It’s a Dragon SWEEP over No. 4 Waukee Northwest, 8-2 and 7-2 your final scores. A number of positives tonight, but it starts with Krug and Culp who both threw complete games. Mincks led the offense going 4-6 (2B, 2RBI). Alongside big hits from Kemmer, Ahvy, Tell, and Helming.
