Oh, she has a very elaborate gala planned for back on Asgard. As for Midgard? Just . . . a chance to see what her brother, uncle, and father all find so fascinating about the realm. It seems quite boring in general thus far.

Her birthday is in two Midgardian days. Then she’ll be allowed to leave again, rather than sneak, and she already plans to come back that night. Then they can celebrate her birthday~.

It's his second language. But there's also this concept that he loves, and it is ignoring the sarcasm in order to annoy whoever it is that used it against him. You won't ever catch Tony willingly giving up the chance to get the last word in.
