Ok so didn't get the job I had to do a presentation for, they chose the other candidate with more experience. Now I need to face the fact that I'm stuck in a place with lots of challenges where if I want to succeed in my role I need to change how things are done and persuade.. 🧵
.. Was explaining how lobsters only grow as they are experiencing disconfort. Apparently their shell does not grow so as their body fills in their shell they go to hide under the rocks and they produce a new shell, this happens several times in their lives..
