Imagine believing anything that comes out of scumbag Arthurs' mouth. If governments had truly "de-anonymized Monero" then why does the bounty for doing exactly that remain UNCLAIMED? These people are idiots, and this is a prime example of who primarily exists in this space.
Arthur Hayes: "governments have already de-anonymized Monero. in the AI era, Zcash is the ultimate 1000x." the Kraken story isn't an outlier. it's the compliance layer catching up to what cryptographers already know. Monero's privacy guarantees weren't broken by exchanges. they were broken by state-level actors. the freeze is downstream of that. Zcash shielded supply hit 29% of total issuance this month. institutions can touch it without going dark on the regulators. capital is already picking the version that scales. the full Hayes/Naval case is in the clip.

Now the "KOL" include ZEC where they used to include XRP. Ironically they're both equally useless, so the direct swap out makes sense (IMO) 😂😂😂
weekly price changes, 16–23 October: - SPX: −0.47% - NDQ: −0.79% - SOXL: −10.79% - BTC: −0.34% - ETH: −1.10% - ZEC: +6.28% pretty far from a bloodbath granted SOXL was weak which i think is warranted

Crypto has two years before the US government will hunt us down, target us, jail us and even kill us. Before the evil eye turns its cold gaze towards the people building a free anonymous p2p future. Why? The global order is disintegrating. The US people will see a drop in their living standard. This will breed resentment and radicalization in politics. Crypto will become the easiest scapegoat for the incoming democrat government in two years. There will be intense lawfare the likes we have never seen before. This will radicalize crypto and be the start of a new crypto wars which we will win. Change is not gradual but sudden. Things compound & accelerate. Lenin said there are decades where weeks happens, and weeks when decades happen. We are entering an inflection point when the political, economic, and technological order will change faster and faster. The next two years will define the future of anonymity, free speech and sovereignty. 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗶𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 The US offers security to rich arab oil states in exchange for them backing the US dollar. This arrangement is called the petrodollar system. It is why the dollar is the most powerful currency in the world. The Iran war has been a disaster for the US. It has been unable to protect its bases and is forced to move out of the middle east. It is locked in an unwinnable conflict. The US cannot guarantee protection for its arab friends. This will severely harm the petrodollar system. These costs won't be passed onto elites but to common working people in the US. Saudi, Turkey, Pakistan and Saudi are forming a confederation to guarantee their own security - a signal of the failing US led order. Their plans include extensive transport and energy networks which bypass and sideline Israel. Israel which is a western colony in the middle east has become a pariah state even by formerly close US allies. Saudi asked the US for help with the Houthis in Yemen but the US refused. Since the US is unable to guarantee security, China will fill the vacuum. China is friends with Iran and can get security guarantees from Iran. At home, the economic consequences of declining American influence will not be distributed equally. The costs of geopolitical upheaval and economic restructuring will fall on ordinary people. Political priorities will shift to economic insecurity, inequality, and the environment. The tech elite might retain substantial resources and influence, but the broader population will face a difficult economy. These pressures will breed resentment and radicalize US politics with economically populist democrats like Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez coming to power in the 2028 elections likely winning the presidency. Crypto will be the easiest and most convenient scapegoat for populist democrat rhetoric. Key core issues will be economy and environment. Crypto is unpopular with a perception of being linked to fraud, extraction, tax avoidance, speculation and Trump. All easy targets for populist democrat politicians seeking power. The existing lawfare operation against cypherpunk agorists will intensify to levels we have never seen before. I have been targeted by this. Deported from 2 countries this year, detained by police and questioned in 4 other countries and taken to a room by a police squad asked to sign a document without being able to talk with my lawyer. I'm not unique either. The most radical in crypto suddenly find themselves "under investigation" or charged with money laundering: @raythewarchief @rogerkver @rstormsf And this lawfare won't be limited to just cypherpunks and cryptobros but more widely directed against rich tech elites. For this reason they have been investing in network states - making deals with foreign governments to have their own enclaves to operate from. The risk from western states is simply becoming too great and they are diversifying out of the US in anticipation of a regulatory & legal war.

Oh no! A drivers car! Whatever shall we do!!!
On the very expensive Porsche Mission S you have to use your phone for navigation and entertainment, like on the cheap $20k Slate truck, or an old car.

Imagine thinking that NEAR is privacy tech when it tags NEARly everything that you do with easily identifiable metadata.

I pray that this becomes real. A right to repair vehicle, that respects privacy, is "easily" powertrain swapped, not gated behind an app that "requires" PlayProtect to function, and isn't bogged down with subscription models?
Easter Egg: Every Runabout will come with a stout engine designed for longevity. But…..the engine mount in the chassis and the transmission tunnel are also designed to accept common swaps like the LS, K, and B58 from day one for customers who like to void warranties. We call it a doomsday hedge…you call it what you want.

Fun fact: It's only treason if you lose.

Still looks great imo. This is NOT a quick trade and something that typically plays out over weeks, not hours/days. Worst case is that I am completely wrong and my BTC and HYPE bags decrease a small amount, but with pair trading I am comfortable holding on to either asset. 🤷

arkham’s own research desk just published the definitive post-mortem on zcash vs monero: - 74% of zcash supply sits completely exposed in transparent pools. - over $420B in zec volume already labelled and indexed. - orchard circuit had an infinite counterfeit bug sitting undetected for 4 years. - monero captures 68% of real-world darknet volume with zero opt-outs. institutional "privacy" is just a compliance dashboard with a grayscale trust. real privacy doesn't ask kraken for permission. paying a 2026 premium for zec so arthur hayes can dump his bags while arkham labels your wallet is the ultimate degen cuckoldry.
MONERO: 68% OF DARK WEB TRANSACTIONS Monero applies ring signatures, stealth addresses and hidden amounts to every transaction by default, with no opt-out. It's displaced Bitcoin on darknet markets. Our research team wrote a guide on privacy coins. Check it out below: info.arkm.com/research/priva…

The last thing that these degens need is yet another payment plan.
BAYC needs to think beyond the floor price. 🦍 What about introducing payment plans and a Yuga ecosystem loan facility for prospective holders who can’t afford a BAYC in one lump sum? Spread the cost. Build ownership. Bring fresh liquidity into the ecosystem. With NFT marketplaces like Blur and Magic Eden now out of the picture, BAYC could lead by creating real financial utility around NFT ownership. Imagine accessible instalments, collateral-backed loans and a responsible path to owning a BAYC. The NFT ecosystem needs innovation, not just another marketplace. Make the Yacht Club more accessible. Bring new money on-chain. Revive the culture. @BoredApeYC @yugalabs #BAYC

>Monero powered White House Market for 26 months straight One of the biggest Western DNMs of its era Full Moneroonly for most of its life Nearly 900k users and thousands of vendors Announced retirement on their own terms “We have reached our goal… according to plan” Site stayed up for full withdrawals Zero exit scam Admins never identified or arrested That’s Monero doing exactly what it was built for Most markets die from exit scams or sloppy ops >White House Market just walked away clean Zcash community is in SHAMBLES. Theyre glowing so hard they dont realize they're showing us how long they have NOT been in crypto. Theyre showing us they dont really use privacy OR know ANYTHING about this crypto and web wild west. Theyre natural born LARPers. $ZEC $XMR
Dude Monero glows so hard it's actually insane. Historic honeypot. "Yes come use our coin we're the dark evil CRIME coin you can trust! Use our coin to buy DRUGS and do ILLEGAL shit! Don't worry about why DNMs have an average lifespan of 3 months MAX"

I remember a machine like this in the arcades when Episode 1 had released. Was fun.
Vibe coding, DIY hardware, and 3D printing will lead to a renaissance in arcade-style gaming.

Literally nobody with half a brain uses Monero in such a fashion. All they've explained here is timing analysis and tossed the word "monero" in there to make a poor attempt at claiming tracing capabilities. If they're able to trace XMR then they should go claim the IRS bounty.
“They can't trace Monero, bullshit.” Let's be clear: Zcash leaks at its own edge. When coins go into or out of the shielded pool, the amount shows on Zcash’s own chain. Monero has no edge like that. Every amount is hidden (RingCT), every receiver gets a one-time address, and every spend sits among decoys. You can’t follow coins across Monero’s ledger. But a thief doesn’t live inside Monero. They have to get in and get out, and the doors are often public. A hypothetical scenario, using XMR1 on Hyperliquid: - The thief swaps stolen USDC into XMR1. Hyperliquid is a public chain, so the wallet, size and time are all on the record. - They withdraw to native XMR through the bridge in 9 lots of ~210, one about every 40 minutes. The withdrawals are public. Nobody sees what happens inside Monero after that. - Two days later, 9 deposits of ~209.9 XMR come back through the bridge and mint XMR1 to a fresh wallet. Same count, same sizes less fees, same 40-minute rhythm. Or the same shape turns up somewhere else, as BTC out of a swap desk worth the same at that hour. All we can do is match the way in to the way out. But that leaves plenty to go on: how many lots, how big, when, and many more markers that people don't realise. That’s not a weakness in Monero. Monero does its job. Almost everything leaves a trace. Walk through a room and you leave a scent. You can’t see it, but the right sensor picks it up. On-chain it’s the same: the trail is always there, you just need the right instrument to see it.
