Really powerful to see former @FitzMuseum_UK colleagues articulating with confidence & commitment things I saw the beginnings of -but which felt like they lived in a Learning silo- as an organisation wide approach

As a Uni collection not yet in a position to go for this, I've been vicariously living the anxiety & excitement - great to see this level of investment from @ResEngland. Massive congrats to all those receiving good news, especially new entries among my @CamUnivMuseums friends
@ResEngland has announced the results of the HEMG funding review with the overall good news of a 20% increase in the fund.
Congratulations to new recipients, and we will be reaching out to those who received less positive news today.

I've been coming to @MuseumsAssoc conf on & off for around 14 yrs & I realise my expectations change. I used to look to keynotes for distilled pearls of wisdom whereas now it feels more about being in rooms of people grappling with messy stuff together #Museums2023
Also realise conf networking started as slightly challenging obligation, then became something I loved but considered self indulgent, & now realise has become really necessary community #Museums2023 -so thanks all
