1/ Miris just improved capture accuracy by 300%+, and streaming fidelity followed. Here's what changed under the hood.
Publish from @Adobe Substance 3D Painter at the resolution you built. The first frame arrives in under a second whether the source is 8 MB or 800 MB, and each device refines to the detail it can hold. OpenPBR via OpenUSD, up to 10 GB.

7/ Same upload flow. Same SDK. No per-viewer cloud GPU required. Just higher fidelity at the same bandwidth.
8/ Upload an asset and compare it to what you're shipping now.

Video solved "one file, any screen" streaming 20 years ago. 3D never did, until now. Miris CTO Sean Looper tells 80 Level how we process each asset once at ingest, then stream exactly what your device needs. No fidelity vs interactivity trade-off.
We spoke with Miris CTO Sean Looper all about the company's adaptive spatial streaming for 3D asset delivery #sponsored
"The overall architecture is straightforward. The asset comes in, and a processing step runs for minutes to hours depending on the asset, the settings, and the desired output. Once that's done, the result is effectively a comprehensive spatial database. A smart client then delivers the asset to the viewer based on their device and connection.
So outside of that fairly complex optimization step, the system is simple and elegant."

One streaming pipeline. Multiple industries running on it.
Miris CTO Sean Looper breaks down live customer integrations across asset management, physical AI, e-commerce, advertising, asset review, asset marketplaces, and more, all on the same streaming stack.

Miris Sr. Director Laurie Koenig participated in a recent career panel at #SIGGRAPH2026 to share how industry leaders have moved from 3D graphics and content creation into roles across robotics, AI, simulation, and digital twins.
The panel, part of NVIDIA's Physical AI Day, enabled Laurie and fellow panelists to share what skills carried over, what they had to learn, and practical advice for others looking to make the same move.

Creating 3D got easy. AI generation, scanning, and better tools closed that gap. Delivering it at full fidelity didn't. Most 3D still gets compressed, downsampled, or stuck behind a slow-loading spinner. The bottleneck moved. Most strategies haven't caught up.
Miris' spatial streaming just won a Gold Stevie for Technology Breakthrough of the Year in Retail E-Commerce Technology. 3D retail's real bottleneck was never creation. It's delivery at scale. → miris.com/blog/miris-wins-go…

Miris is going to @siggraph 2026 in LA!
SIGGRAPH is where the computer graphics community gathers: the engineers, artists, and researchers who built path tracing, OpenUSD, and the modern rendering pipeline. It is also where the hardest problem in 3D delivery gets taken seriously: how do you put high-fidelity, fully path-traced content on any device without stripping out the detail in the first place?
That is the problem Miris exists to solve, and we are bringing it to the Los Angeles Convention Center from July 19 to 23. Here is where to find us.
.@Miris_spatial built an interactive WebXR car configurator that streams HDR-grade material fidelity to desktop browsers, tablets, and headsets like Apple Vision Pro, all from a single 1.2GB source asset with no cloud GPU allocated per viewer.
Here's how they did it and what it means for the future of interactive 3D: 80.lv/articles/miris-built-a…
Production teams still review 3D via turntable video.
A turntable is a proxy for the real thing.
Playbook streams the actual asset, at source fidelity, in their asset library.
Evercast streams it live, multi-party, inside a video call.
Both run on Miris. No cloud GPU per viewer. No degraded glTF.

1/ Real-time HDR reflections on automotive paint. Streaming to headsets, Android tablets, mobile phones, and desktop browsers. One 1.2GB source asset. No cloud GPU per viewer.
We built a WebXR configurator to stress-test the Miris platform on the hardest visual category in commerce. Here's what we learned.
One source asset. 72 configurable variations. No per-platform rebuild.
The same 1.2GB Blender file streams to headset, mobile phones and browsers. Adaptive streaming delivers as much fidelity as each device and network can support.
Blog post is up. If automotive fidelity and cross-device reach have been in tension for your team, this one's worth the read.
